Man muss keine hochwertigen Hohlkammer Wabenplakate aufhängen oder ein geniales Passfoto (unten eine gute Seite) haben, um auf sich aufmerksam zu machen), sechs Einladungen bekommen und habe nun vier einseitig unterschriebene Verträge vor mir liegen. Und das, obwohl meine Reisebereitschaft sehr wenig ausgeprägt ist. Was ich damit sagen will (auch wenn ich es anderes schöner und einfacher finde): Die alten Werte wie (zügig) abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium, Fremdsprachenkenntnisse und “Praktika” sind wieder schwer gefragt. Wen wundert’s, wenn ich als Personalchef nicht mehr höchstens zwei, sondern zehn oder zwanzig Bewerber vor mir habe, muss ich aussieben und achte dabei doch nach handfesten und nachweisbare Kriterien, als mich auf dubiose “berufliche Praxis” zu verlassen. Dass der Schuss im Ausnahmefall nach hinten losgeht und gute Leute so nicht beachtet werden, mag sein, kann aber vermutlich vernachlässigt werden…
